The college admission process is an integral part of the total experience of a Saint Andrew's education. The College Guidance Office (CGO) at Saint Andrew's School recognizes the vast diversity in students and families and therefore provides individual guidance in college selection. The college counseling program is firmly grounded in the belief that discovering good matches between students and post-secondary institutions is what the college admissions process is all about. This process is an exciting one, filled with opportunities for self-discovery, but it can also be a time of some anxiety for students and parents. In the Fall of their 11th-grade year, students are linked with our team of college counselors, who assist them with every facet of the college admissions process.

Our portion of the Saint Andrew's School Web site is designed to complement this personal relationship and provide resources for students and parents who want to learn more about our office and the events we sponsor. Our Web site also offers access to a wealth of information on the World Wide Web concerning financial aid, testing, areas of academic interest and the websites of colleges and universities via our links. The College Guidance Office makes extensive use of the Naviance , the leading provider of planning and advising systems for secondary schools in the world.
