Welcome to the Saint Andrew's Resident Community!
The residential program at Saint Andrew's School offers a wonderful opportunity for students from around the United States, and the entire world, to experience living and growing together as a community of learners. The diversity of interests, experiences and cultural backgrounds enhances the academic challenge and community spirit for all students. With 100 resident and 47 faculty members and their families living on campus, they experience a loving, nurturing and supportive environment. It is truly a "home away from home" for students from several states and over 20 countries throughout the world.
The boys' and girls' dormitories are located on opposite sides of the central campus. Most of the rooms are doubles. Common rooms in each dormitory provide recreational spaces for games, television and group activities. The residents are supervised by caring members of the faculty and administration who live within the dormitory apartments or in houses on the campus. At meal-time, in study sessions or weekend activities, the faculty take in loco parentis seriously.
Great meals, networked communication with home, nurturing faculty families, classes for speakers of other languages, scheduled weekend activities, daily assistance with studies and transportation are all important services and support which makes Saint Andrew's proud of its boarding program.
