Friends of the Arts (FOA)

Saint Andrew's School Friends of the Arts (FOA), is an all-volunteer parent organization whose goal is to help enrich each one of your children's lives through music, art, theatre and dance. The Friends of the Arts goals are to promote and support the arts in our school community by assisting the faculty in facilitating and promoting fine arts programs such as the drama, instrumental and choral performances, art exhibitions and by publishing the Upper and Middle school literary magazines. We also seek to bring programs to all students that enrich the cultural environment at Saint Andrew's School. We believe that the arts are a vital part of campus and academic life. Nurturing children through exposure to the arts-both on and off campus--can help them to achieve higher academic goals; at the same time aiding Saint Andrew's stated mission -to develop Mind. Body. Spirit.
Art and academics thrive hand-in-hand. One without the other is an education in a vacuum. That hand-in-hand symbiosis is what FOA supports. And we are passionate about enriching the arts in our school community... Please consider becoming a Friend. You can help our children and our school by volunteering for a board position, a committee position or perhaps working on a single event. We have so much to choose from and encourage you to join us in any capacity. We welcome new Friends!
Simply go to the Volunteer link and download the form. Our co-coordinator will be in contact with you.
This is such a great way to make a difference, impact a child's life and--of course-make new Friends.
