Strategic Plan

We are proud to present the new strategic plan for Saint Andrew's School.

Leaders in Teaching and Learning defines the vision and goals that will guide our school to its 50th anniversary in 2012. It addresses our strategic priorities in a challenging and changing global environment as we stay rooted in our values and mission as an independent school in the Episcopal tradition. We are confident that in implementing this plan Saint Andrew's will continue to be a vital and caring place focused on the education of young people in mind, body and spirit.

This plan is the culmination of months of collaboration, research and lively debate among parents, trustees, alumni, faculty and friends. It represents the best of our thinking about how we will meet the challenges our children and our school will face in the future.
